Shop + Field

Pay on time
Weekly pay, on time, no excuses. W-2 and 1099 options depending on the role.
Bilingual welcome

Welder
TIG, MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core. Experience on industrial work preferred. Carbon, stainless, aluminum.
- 2+ years welding experience
- Blueprint / drawing reading
- Field-ready when needed
Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Tech
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment — hydraulics, structural, drivetrain. Field work + shop.
- 3+ years on heavy equipment
- Own basic tools preferred
- Valid driver's license
Shop Hand / Helper
Entry-level. Help with material handling, prep, cleanup, basic fabrication. Path to welder.
- No experience required
- Reliable, on time, willing to learn
- Physical work — be ready
